I did not think that I would be able to get to a third post on my Empties. Guess I was wrong.
I'm going to make this really quick because I only have a few hours left of August. :))
First off, I finished the Dove Nourishing Oil Care Conditioner.
The one I had wasn't the cool one with a gold stripe, which I really like so much better. I had the plain old yellowish one, but it's all good. I've been using this for a long while now, and I highly doubt that I'm going to be changing that soon (save for now, because I'm using a VS Reject Aveeno Conditioner). I like it well enough, but after a while of using things just because that's what your parents chose for you? You start craving to try new things. So if it were up to me, yes, I'd repurchase, but not right away. I'd like to try more types of conditioners first before deciding if I want to go back to this one.
And on a slightly different yet similar note, it's better if your shampoo and conditioner match. Not only the brand, but the exact pair. So if you're using this conditioner, get the Nourishing Oil Care Shampoo as well. Don't mix and match and you'll get the best and most trusted results. Trust me on this.
Lastly for the month, I finished the Dove Gentle Exfoliating Nourishing Body Wash. Why do these things always have the longest names?
Once again, a product I've used and loved for years. But I'd like to try something new before I come back to this. Right now I'm using yet another VS Reject, the Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Body Wash. I like it well enough, but Aveeno in the Philippines is just to unreasonably overpriced, so I might not yet that exact one. But I'll certainly try out other body washes before I decide if I want to come back to Dove.
And that's it for my August Empties. Now I shall see if there will be anything I empty out for the month of September.
